The customer who wishes to reserve the services of Bob the Cook is asked to complete the order form in all its parts, select the menu of his choice, and confirm the service at least 50 days before.

The customer must send a 50% deposit at least 40 days prior to the date of the service. Non-receipt of the deposit signifies no right to a reservation.

If the customer cancels his reservation a minimum of 20 days prior to scheduled service, he has the right to a 20% reimbursement of the deposit. After that date, no reimbursement is due.

Any change to the menu or the addition of other participants or vegetarian meals must be communicated at least a week before, with price to be agreed upon.

The customer must make available a well-equipped kitchen (stove with burners, sink, dishwasher, refrigerator and a table for preparing the meal).

Bob the Cook is not responsible for any alimentary problems. Any allergies to foods or ingredients must be expressly communicated beforehand.
